Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

UK Shipping for orders under 2kg is £1.99, however for order totalling £7.99 or less, a fee of £2.99 will be applicable. For orders over 2kg the rate is £3.50.  Orders that are valued above £25 are entitled to free shipping and may qualify for free court delivery.  Please select this option at checkout.  If you fail to select this item you will be charged a non-refundable shipping fee.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.  Please allow 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive (Shipping Speed may vary during peak seasons like Christmas or Summer).

Royal Mail is our primary carrier for all orders. Larger orders will be sent via a Courier (DHL or UPS).  E-mail/Text message info will be sent if this is the case.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 2nd Class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers assigned.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You will be notified if this is the case.

How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with the safety seals intact to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 28 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if the tamper seal on the product has been damaged or removed.

We will not accept returns that have exceeded, or nearly (less than 3 months) reached, their Best Before Date (this can be found on the ingredients label or bottom of each bottle).

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

If you wish to exchange your order we are happy to do so. Please send us back your item to the address above (with your original receipt and clearly state which products you want to exchange it for. Please note that our Return Policy above is applicable to our Exchange policy.
